Ultimma Training, led by Prassanna Pathmanathan, was recently invited by MAS Silueta (a part of MAS Holdings) to prepare seven teams competing in the annual Quality Circle Awards. This prestigious competition recognizes the best innovations introduced at both executive and team member levels within the organization.
A total of seven teams participated—four from the team member category and three from the executive category. The focus of the training was to enhance their presentation skills and help them effectively communicate their ideas to a panel of judges.
The intervention included detailed feedback on their presentations, restructuring of content flow, refinement of presentation formats, and introduction of advanced presentation techniques. Special emphasis was placed on clarity, storytelling, confident delivery, and handling Q&A sessions effectively.
Participants also underwent rigorous speaking practice sessions designed to improve confidence, articulation, and stage presence. The training ensured that each team was able to present their innovation in a structured, impactful, and persuasive manner.
According to initial feedback from the judging panel, all seven teams performed exceptionally well at the finals, demonstrating strong improvement in communication and presentation quality. The final results are expected to be announced in August 2026.
